Some have specific warranties with unique terms and conditions, but all are covered by the company’s general one-year limited warranty, which protects against manufacturer and material defects and flaws. Returning Items to Bedrosians
Bedrosians is dedicated to providing all customers with a stellar experience. Items bought online can be
returned within 30 days of purchase, while merchandise bought in store can be returned within seven days of the purchase date. You must return all items in the condition you received them, which means undamaged and in the original packaging (unless, of course, they were received damaged or in damaged packaging, in which case you should make the Bedrosians team aware). Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Certain items are nonrefundable, including natural stone products, special orders, custom products and loose samples or sample cards.
