How to Celebrate National Pancake Day 2021

National Pancake Day is quickly becoming a favorite food holiday for many people, and for good reason. Who doesn’t love a big stack of pancakes for breakfast (or dinner)? This year, National Pancake Day falls on February 16, so get ready to celebrate. Here’s how you can make the most of the day.

IHOP

IHOP goes big for National Pancake Day. Each year, IHOP offers free pancakes for the holiday but asks that you consider donating to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Shriners Hospitals for Children or the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Typically, each visitor can get one free short stack of pancakes, which consists of three pancakes. IHOP will release full details on its specials for National Pancake Day 2021 on Tuesday, February 16, so stay tuned.

Denny’s

In previous years, Denny’s has offered $2 stacks of pancakes as an add-on to any meal for National Pancake Day, and we’d expect the same for 2021. McDonald’s

McDonald’s doesn’t have any deals for National Pancake Day, but you can get your flapjack fix by hitting the drive-thru and grabbing a stack of pancakes from the golden arches. You’ll have your order and be home in no time.

How to celebrate at home

Plan ahead to make sure you have all the pancake essentials, including mix, syrup, butter, toppings and whipped cream. One cool idea is to set up a pancake bar with a variety of toppings.
