Meet Meg, Art Director at Rakuten. When she’s not in the office leading the team into a creative wonderland, she’s at home treading the slobbery oasis that is the result of her two beloved dogs, Mulligan and Indy, and cat, Iris. It’s safe to say that a little Cash Back here and there is helpful with three furry companions.

What are your pets’ favorite things right now?
Moose is life. Mulligan has had this stuffed moose since he was a puppy and insists on bringing it to bed every night; he simply won’t sleep until he finds it! Iris is super playful and loves catnip toys the most, especially the YEOWWW! brand. I often wake to a ruckus at one in the morning to find her in our living room surrounded by YEOWWW! bananas, carrots, fish and rainbows. I’m only disappointed that I wasn’t invited to the party!

What makes your life easier as a pet parent?
Hands down, we can’t live without Amazon. I order cat litter, treats and 30-lb bags of dog food. Our poor delivery driver must hate our house! I love that I can also get Feliway on Amazon, which is a total life saver when it comes to Iris. She isn’t declawed and sometimes takes to scratching our stuff. Once I discovered how amazing this Feliway diffuser was at not only helping keep her calm but also keeping her from going after our record collection and bookcase, I never looked back.

What’s something you do or use for your pets as a special treat?
Both of our dogs have heart murmurs, so we do our best to help with fish oil softgels. Mulligan loves taking them and actually bites into them. It’s like candy for him, and we’re not complaining!

What’s one thing you need for the health and well-being of your pets?
In addition to the softgels, we love Greenies for their teeth. Puppy breath is cute, but 10-year-old dog breath is not. As for Iris, she’s a gorgeous, long-haired Calico, which means lots of hairballs. We like to use Blue Buffalo’s Hairball Control Dry Food to help her stay focused on tending to her good looks without the aforementioned side effects.

Any other recommendations?
We’ve moved across the country twice and love taking road trips with the boys. We seriously couldn’t live without our pet hammock for the back seat. It keeps them comfortable, safe and our car fur-free!
