Unfortunately, one of the watches arrived with a dead battery. My boyfriend purchased a replacement battery and it worked. I send an email to Ashford and they informed me that only a battery replacement done at a jeweler/watch repair and up to $10 would be reimbursed. So, I lost twice with Ashford.
