Depends on which Safeway you go to. Not all are alike, some good and some not so good. You have to shop the deals. It's my go to store rather than others that are available to me.

It's great that Safeway participates with Rakuten. However, sometimes it disconnects if you take too long, go back to add something, etc., so pay attention.
