Product is good. Issue is with shipping. The order was shipped in 3 different shipments and took a while to receive. The packaging was bad too with a very big box for a small item. Disappointing experience. Rakuten rebate took a long time as well and one of them was marked ineligible (not sure why).

Ive never had an issue with this site but this holiday season they are reluctant to give me my ebates claiming that i did not activate the service when indeed i did. And it was a large sum. Unfortunately it is pending for sometime now. Wish it was easier like it used to be
