When Floyd and Judy Anderson opened the pizza restaurant in Arizona that would later be known as Native Grill & Wings, they had high hopes. However, the New Yorkers weren’t seeing lots of success. That is until Judy had the idea to introduce chicken wings to the menu. This would be the first time Arizonians saw chicken wings on a restaurant menu, and it wasn’t long before hungry eaters were flocking to the store.

Today, Native Grill & Wings has several locations throughout Arizona, and it’s even expanded to Texas and Illinois. It’s still known as the home of the original Arizona chicken wing, but it also offers pizza, burgers, fried fish and other sports bar delicacies.
