Lift or spread the fur between the shoulder blades of the dog until you can see the skin. Place the tip on the skin of the dog and apply. Hold the dog briefly, allowing the liquid to absorb. If needed, tube contents may be applied in this manner over several days, resealing the tube daily until entire dose is applied.
