ABCmouse has three subscription plans, including monthly, short-term and annual options. The monthly plan costs $12.99 per month, while the short-term plan costs $29.99 every six months. The yearly plan costs $59.99 annually. All options are ad-free on both the ABCmouse website and mobile app. ABCmouse subscriptions are prepaid and nonrefundable.
ABCmouse Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your ABCmouse subscription at any time. The cancellation process depends on your billing method. You can cancel your subscription via the ABCmouse Help Center, Amazon App Store, Apple App Store or Google Play. The simplest option is through the Help Center. Log in to your ABCmouse account and tap the gear icon. Select the Parent Section option, and tap the My Account panel. Go to the Cancellation panel and follow the on-screen instructions until you complete the process.
ABCmouse Payment Methods
ABCmouse accepts several payment methods for its subscription plans. You can use major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You can also use digital payment options such as PayPal. ABCmouse also partners with third-party platforms including Amazon, Apple App Store and Google Play, which you can use to complete your payment. All subscription plans auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle.
