I ALWAYS have to follow up with Rakuten about an Avis rental booked through Rakuten. Sometimes, I book a rental 6+ weeks in advance and the shopping trip no longer is accessible to follow up for "Missing Cash". Why is it so difficult to get Cash Back from applicable, legitimate Avis rentals??

Avis gave us FREE upgrade and made sure the vehicle was fully gassed and made sure the vehicle was cleaned and sanitized beforehand!
