How does the Boohoo referral program work?
Boohoo’s referral program rewards shoppers for referring their friends to the store. When a friend makes their first purchase using your referral link, they’ll get a 25% discount. You’ll also get 25% off on your next order. The referrer’s reward is valid for three months from when it’s earned, while the referee’s reward is valid for only seven days from the issue date. Neither reward can be combined with other discounts, coupons or promo codes.
How do I become a Boohoo affiliate?
Boohoo’s affiliate program allows individuals or businesses to earn commissions by promoting Boohoo’s products. To become an affiliate, complete the application form by providing personal details such as your name, company name and tax residency. The company will review your application to ensure it aligns with Boohoo’s brand and values. Once approved, you will receive marketing materials, tracking links and a commission structure. You can promote Boohoo’s products through your channels and earn commissions on sales generated through your unique affiliate links.
What if I don’t like a product?
If you are dissatisfied with a Boohoo product, you can return it within 28 days for a full refund. Simply initiate a return through the company’s website or contact customer service for assistance. The store will reimburse you fully within 14 to 28 days if the product is eligible for a refund. Boohoo’s return policy applies only to unworn and unwashed products, so ensure the item is in its original condition with tags attached before returning it. The company does not accept returns on face masks, swimwear, lingerie, cosmetics or pierced jewelry.
