Are all products available in-store?
You can find most CB2 products in the brand’s stores. Furniture, lighting, rugs and large items are delivery-only and arranged in-store.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days, with the exception of gift registry items, which are returnable within 90 days. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and the customer covers the cost of return shipping.
How much does delivery cost, and how long does it take?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size and weight. Accessories and small furniture typically arrive within three to five business days, while larger items may take seven to 10 days. Standard shipments to Alaska and Hawaii typically take six to nine days.
