Chico’s offers StyleConnect, a virtual styling service that helps you with your style goals. Get personalized and free style advice via cell phone, computer or tablet. You can book an appointment to talk to someone or text or email a style expert for fashion emergencies. If you’re looking for curated outfits, style experts can also help you choose specific outfits that are right for you.
Is there a rewards program at Chico’s?
Chico’s Rewards+™ is a complimentary Program that makes shopping more fun! As a Chico’s Rewards+ Member, you will automatically receive Points for every dollar you spend. For every 2,000 Points you earn, you will receive a $5 Reward redeemable on your next purchase. Keep shopping to unlock more benefits, including a Birthday Reward, free shipping and returns, exclusive event invites and early access to new products. Look out for special Bonus Points and Bonus Reward days.
Where is my local Chico’s store?
Chico’s has nearly 500 retail boutiques across the United States. If you want to find your local store, use the “Find a Boutique” page on the company’s website. You can search using your address or ZIP code to find the closest location. You can also filter by specific options available at each location.
Does Chico’s honor price adjustments?
Chico’s will adjust the price of an item on a one-time basis if the price decreases within 14 days of original purchase. Contact Chico’s Customer Service, provide your order number and, if approved,
price adjustments will be made in the original form of payment. Online or catalog purchases are not eligible for price adjustment in boutiques; additional exceptions apply. Merchandise marked final sale are not eligible for price adjustment.
