How DashPass works

You can change unconfirmed DoorDash orders anytime via the DoorDash app or website. Tap or click the Orders tab to view your current order. Next, go to the Help menu and select “Make adjustments to this order.” Press “Submit” to make the changes or connect with a support agent. You can also cancel your order using the above steps for a full refund. DoorDash does not offer refunds for cancellations on confirmed orders.
You can order alcoholic beverages from DoorDash, but you must upload a valid ID to check out and complete your order. Customers must also provide their ID to the delivery agent for verification before receiving their orders. I loved it when doordash was part of Rakuten. But we see that doordash is not part of the vendors we can use anymore. Only doordaah driver is included. Please bring back doordash so we can use it again! Thank you

It was great getting a little cash back with delivery of food! I was very pregnant at the time we started using door dash so it helped relieve some stress. We are still using it too even though we don't get cash back, so it worked I guess!
