Shopping on Italist was easy, product very good, delivery time very good BUT the ability to TRACK delivery and ability to PLAN for delivery timing via DHL were AWFUL,AWFUL, AWFUL!!! I had NO ability to estimate the DAY, let alone the time of delivery..................very sorry to say.
