I booked a 22 day cruise in August 2022 to depart on April 2, 2024 from Barbados ending in Genoa Italy. On December 19, 2023 the cruise was cancelled and it took until April 2024 to get my refund for a cruise that MSC cancelled not me.

Excellent experience! We have never had such an easy onboarding process (they have set times when you're allowed into the terminal to check in). They were so helpful with my disability and food allergies. We always found chairs to sit by a pool. And the food was delicious!
