Can I return my order after delivery?

Yes. NorthStyle accepts returns and exchanges. You can return your purchase for a refund or exchange by filling out the returns form on the back of the packing invoice. Some restrictions apply,  however, and not all items are eligible for returns. NorthStyle does not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items unless the merchandise is defective. You must also initiate the return within 90 days of the date of purchase. The store will deduct a $10.95 shipping fee from your refund or charge the same on your credit card for exchanges. NorthStyle VIP members get up to $10 in free return shipping. Processing of refunds takes five to seven business days.

How do I qualify for free shipping at NorthStyle?

NorthStyle offers free standard shipping to all customers in the U.S. You must meet various requirements to be eligible for free shipping, though, including reaching a $99 order minimum. Standard delivery takes three to seven days, depending on your location. Items ordered together may arrive in separate packages.
