Ordering was very easy. Customer Service answered my questions. Regular e-mail up-dates. Surprised how quickly mattress ready for delivery considering it was made to order. Have not received yet since waiting for another company's adjustable frame. ASAP Movers have been very helpful and friendly.

Excellent mattress...firm, but comfortable. Delivery was onetime at our convenience. Delivery men wore gloves and masks. Would recommend Saatva to anyone. Really appreciate that the mattress was made in USA!
