Create Your Own Wine

Mano’s Wine offers the chance to make your mark with custom bottles of red, white and sparkling wine. All you need to do is visit the Custom Bottle page and let the company know what you want. You can use your own design or choose from the design library. Indicate what you want painted or etched, but remember that photographs cannot be etched or painted — they will be applied as labels.

Shipping and Delivery

Because all Mano’s Wine orders are custom-made, you should allow at least 10 business days for order fulfillment and shipping. The processing time can increase during peak times, though, so make sure you check the shipping policy before you place an order. Shipping costs $14.95, and delivery requires someone over the age of 21 to be present. You may need to provide ID in order to receive your delivery.

Mano’s Wine Refund Policy

Mano’s Wine has a strict refund policy. Customized bottle orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless it is because they are damaged when you receive them. You can apply for a refund, however, if you buy a preset design. If you are successful in securing a refund, you will receive your money back to the same card you paid with unless the refund is requested more than 30 days after ordering. In this case, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit.
