MyHeritage plans

You can add only 250 individuals to your family tree and upload photos and documents up to 500 MB. You may have to purchase a data subscription to view specific historical records. MyHeritage has several subscription plans, including Premium, PremiumPlus and Complete packages. The plans provide access to advanced DNA features, smart matches, record matches, historical records and priority support. You get a 14-day free trial, allowing you to try the service before committing to pay.

 

MyHeritage DNA results timeline

MyHeritage DNA tests have processing and turnaround times of about four to six weeks after the lab receives your cheek swab. The platform uses the advanced Illumina Global Screening Array (GSA) chip to process DNA samples, ensuring reliable results. MyHeritage will send your results to your registered email address, and you will receive DNA matches and ethnicity estimates straight to your inbox.
