Cancelling your Rakuten+ Membership
Once you begin your Rakuten+ membership, you will have access to your benefits for one full year. Your membership will automatically renew on the date you joined Rakuten+. You can cancel your membership up to 3 days before your renewal date.
If you decide to cancel your membership before your renewal date, you will continue to have Rakuten+ benefits until your renewal date. Once your renewal date occurs, you will no longer have access to your Rakuten+ membership. If you do cancel before your renewal date, you can always turn auto-renewal back on by following the steps below.
Cancelling your membership
To cancel your Rakuten+ membership, go to your Account on Rakuten.com or in the iOS app. Find and select Manage Rakuten+ Membership. You’ll be taken to another page where you’ll find Cancel plan.
Turning auto-renewal back on
To turn on auto-renewal for your Rakuten+ membership, go to your Account on Rakuten.com or in the iOS app. Find and select the Manage Rakuten+ Membership. You’ll be taken to another page where you’ll find Renew plan. By selecting Renew plan, your plan will auto-renew on the date you originally became a Rakuten+ member.
