To sign in to your Account, enter the email address and password you used to join. If you were not asked to add a password to your account when you joined, you should have received an email with instructions on how to create a password.

Passwords

Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, including a letter and a number or special character. To set your password or create a new password, go to Reset My Password and enter the email address you used to join.

Signing In Without a Password

1. On the sign-in screen, click the Sign In Without a Password button and follow the instructions to get the sign-in link.
2. Once you receive the link via email and click on it, you’ll be redirected to the Rakuten page and logged in.

Note: If you don’t receive an email, you can click on I didn’t get an email and it will ask you to re-enter your email address. Make sure it’s correct and continue the steps to get the sign-in link and log on.

If you reach the limit for requesting the link and are unable to log in, you’ll need to either wait 30 minutes to request it again, or use your password to sign in.

When logging in to a new region for the first time, you’ll need to use your password.
